FORT MYERS, FL - On July 6, 2004 Harvey Software, Inc. has engaged Falls River Group, LLC to represent Harvey Software, Inc. Falls River Group's CEO is also the Chairman of IMAP, The International Network of M&A Partners, and will bring all the resources of IMAP's 350 deal makers around the Globe to identify and negotiate Joint Venture's and/or Strategic Alliance's for Harvey Software Inc.
